Salish Grill 

We are excited to announce our restaurant will be transitioning from Doc’s Marina Grill Port Townsend, to Salish Grill. This change will be ongoing as we work through existing inventories and establish our new and exciting recipes. Our change is not just in name but it reflects our ongoing commitment to meet Port Townsends distinct palate and our continued desire to grow while still innovating and providing the highest quality of service to our clients. We enjoyed our time as the sister restaurant to the Bainbridge Island’s Doc’s, but this move will allow us to be more diversified in creating exciting dishes and taking advantage of local purveyors. Our new name reflects our passion for fresh, local, creative dishes and the natural beauty of our coastal surroundings. You can still expect the same friendly faces and warm hospitality, now paired with the best seafood and seasonal ingredients the Pacific Northwest has to offer. The ownership of the company will remain the same, and there will be no changes in management or operations. We welcome you to this exciting new chapter, as Salish Grill and we appreciate your continued support as we move forward.
